A Residential Senior Living Home, is an alternative to  the "big box" institutional style of senior care living.  Our home offers a higher caregiver to resident ratio, and offers a "home" assisted living environment within a neighborhood community, making us unique from the others.

How much does it cost?

Unlike big-box facilities, our monthly rate is all inclusive.  We do not charge additional charges for providing services like laundry, housekeeping or daily activities. Our fees are comparative to other senior living in Lincoln, Nebraska and absolute value for money.

How do you evaluate if someone is suitable for residency?

An initial assessment is performed by our nurse, to determine if your loved one will be a great fit for our home.

Are you licensed by the State of Nebraska?

We are currently working on becoming licensed as an Assisted Living Facility, in the State of Nebraska.

How is the food?

We value feedback from residents and their families and we are always looking forward to improving our menu!  We have a seasonal menu that rotates every 3 weeks.  We have a chef and a registered nutritionist making sure dietary needs are met and served to our residents.  We offer plenty of alternatives in the event that your loved one does not like or eat what is being served and we will tailor make our menu to each residents needs.

What if my loved one takes medications?

We are happy to remind our residents to take their medications as prescribed by their providers.  In the event that our resident can not administer the medication on their own, our nurse will be able to administer the medications.  Medications are kept by management locked in a medicine box as the need arises.

Question 8

Do you allow on-site medical visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely!  We work with several medical providers in the community who are happy to come to our home to see residents.  These include a nurse practitioner, med-pass nurse, podiatrist, dentist, home health, hospice, wound care, and PT/OT/ST.

Question 9

Do I need to provide furniture for my loved one?

Accepted Answer

Our home has been professionally decorated, but residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and change their decor in their bedrooms within reasonable means.  We are happy to provide all room furnishings if needed.
